How much does hire cost?
The one-off hire fee is $750, covering the truck, staff, vehicle, transport and administration. Food is additional, with a minimum of 25 people. See the packages above and confirm your quote with the team.
What does the hire fee include?
Three staff and two hours of food service. Allow one hour to set up, followed by 30–45 minutes to clean down, pack up and leave. Food is charged separately at the agreed rate per person.
Can we customise the menu?
Yes. Choose dishes from our menu or talk to us about a custom menu for your occasion. Tell us about dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requests.
Where do you travel?
We are registered to trade in the Nelson and Tasman districts, including Nelson and Wakefield. Access to some locations is limited by the age of the truck. Send us the event address so we can confirm.
What do you provide, and what do we need?
We provide cutlery, napkins and food boxes. Cutlery is compostable. The event organiser handles rubbish disposal; the team can arrange it for an additional charge.
